Zendesk is proud of consistently delivering a beautifully simple product, but how can we evolve the way that we market ourselves towards different industries, such as media and financial services? How can we cater to them and tell a better story about how our products are used?

We created sets of moody, mysterious, yet inviting and charming scenes with relevant artifacts for each of the industries. A great friend—prop stylist, Lizzie Oh of Bedroom Design Club—helped us bring this vision to life.
Four distinct color palettes were created so that each page would have its own tone and feeling.
Although we had a look-and-feel in mind, we experimented with a bunch of lighting techniques and tricks. Together, we stumbled upon this semi-glossy and dreamy look.
We shot four sets in–house at Zendesk with talented photographer, Marta Dymek, for these pages over the course of one day. Shoutouts to Dumpling Time for helping us get through the shoot.
The photos came together on a set of webpages built to showcase Zendesk's magic within different industries. Scroll–in interactions were utilized to give some space and time to balance out the loudness of the messaging pillars.
We captured and created personalized elements, using the product in order to double-down and speak to each specific segment.
The pages include an abundance of resources for each industry.
