We redesigned this section to be a new responsive experience to show our off customers. This included an upgraded filtering system, type scale, and relevant product usages and stats.
Zendesk Customer Stories hub (featuring Bob Ross ipsum)
was pivotal to get right, as our customers are from all over the world in different business categories.
Prototypes were built to make sure our stakeholders were confident in shipping this functionality.

We made sure to include customer success stats about our customers, a better system for the photography, and relevant content around how they use our products.
