The design team at Slate reached out to work on a brand refresh for their new premium podcast revenue platform, Supporting Cast. I was tasked with building an approachable identity that matched the integrity of their product.

Reminiscent of classic Swiss design and iconography of the era, the Supporting Cast mark shows objects being lifted up by foundational supportive blocks, paired with a vibrant color set.
IDENTITY
The building blocks may feel a touch too playful, but balanced with the right color rhythm and type usage, the identity starts to flow together.

Scenes of the identity in-use were created to showcase the Supporting Cast look out in the wild. The physical identity was just as important as the digital, with a strong brand presence conferences being the main showcase for the new identity.
